PRAYER

And when My servants ask you concerning Me, then surely I am very near; I answer the prayer of the suppliant when he calls on Me, so they should answer My call and believe in Me that they may walk in the right way.
(Al Baqarah : 186)
And those who give what they give (in alms) while their hearts are full of fear that to their Lord they must return,
(Al Mu'minun : 60)
.......and We are nearer to him than his life-vein.
(Qaaf: 16)
Fighting is enjoined on you, and it is an object of dislike to you; and it may be that you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and it may be that you love a thing while it is evil for you, and Allah knows, while you do not know.
(Al Baqarah: 216)
Allah answer our prayers on 3 ways:
HE says 'yes', you'll get it as soon as possible
HE says 'wait', until the perfect time
HE says 'no', replace with better

Believe that!

12 The Best Time to pray:
Beside trying hard and be patient, prayer is the only way to get what you want. There are some good times to pray to Allah. There are times when Allah listens our prayer :

  1. Lailatul Qadar
  2. Rain falls
  3. Before and after salaat
  4. In frontlines of the battle field (Jihad)
  5. In the middle of night
  6. Between Azan and Iqamah
  7. Sudjoud (prostrate)
  8. The last 'Qu'ud' (raise to sitting position) in salaat
  9. After finishing 30 Juz Quran (Khatmul Quran)
  10. a whole of night esp. in the last one-third of night
  11. Thursday night and a whole of Friday (Jumah)
  12. Between Dzuhur & Ashar, between Maghrib & Isya

---Cheers----

Learning Mandarin

I love to study all positive things. Thats why I'm interested to learn language. I learned it by myself or taking course. I learned it for fun. I had taken Japanese Class in a language centre. I took from Basic 1 to Intermediate 2. Wow..........how fluent am I? Hehehe...not at all. I have no Japanese Friend. I'd tried to find some Japanese Friend from Chat. But seems in Japan channel not all coming from Japan. Wuahahha..............

So I decided to be satisfied only from Sengsei or improve myself by reading Japanese comics. Well..........it was work. But after I quited for 2 years (after learning a year). I became stuck. No friend to talk, an dgetting lazy to read my comics. I had no time to review. Now.........its almots blank in my brain. But I'm still remember Hiragana, Katakana and some Kanji.

Beside that I've some knowledge of Urdu language. Remember that I'm the author of Surat Cinta Saiful Malook. And now my English accents sounds like a Pakistani. Wuahahah...........People said that. Including of Pakistan community in Pakistani (Saleem Jadoon family). I'm getting addict with Pakistan. I Spent my most time before and during writing the book with Pakistani.

Now I'm taking another language course its Mandarin. I thought its extremely fun. BUt.......Ohhh its more difficult than Japanese. If I forgot the Hanzi or Pinyin, I cant read anything. Blank like a dumb. If I leave class for 1 session. I feel as the stupidiest in the class. Dont understand. But I keep spirit to come every Saturday 5 pm - 8 pm. So far Mandarin its so exciting. Hehehe.......although I always make mistakes in spelling the 'pinyin' tone. Lack of Hanzi. And cant catch what my laoshi says easyly. Oh my good. Its weird thing.

But my Mandarin getting better now. Hehehe....for simple conversation and familiar Hanzi.

Building Self Confidence.......

"Why She/He is so tall, beautiful, smart, religious, rich, and bla...bla...bla?
Why She/He is ugly, short, stupid, bad, poor, and bla...bla...bla?
Why She/He dissable but beautiful, smart, religious, rich and bla....bla....bla...?
Why She/He is beautiful, smart, rich, but very bad people?
Why She/He is so easyly get successful?"

Why some people blessed with perfect life and why another blessed with unperfect life, even not only unperfect but also unlucky??? Why we always feel that another people luckier than us? Why we often thinking that we are blessed with unperfect life? Why we should thinking that neighbor's grasses more green than us?

Hem ask yourself!!! Sorry the problem is in yourself only. You have just made mistakes by thinking bad to your potential life. Every people must be has felt 'Self Confidence Crisis'. Me too.

Allah blessed me with small body. Yeah........my height less than 150 cm. When I was young. I always dreamed to have tall body. I thought being tall easier than being short. People would see you up. You could raise some stuff on higher place, without any addition tools (e.g. chair) or had another to get that for me. I thought I would be so pretty with my ideal posture. I could get many attentions from people (esp. my friends). Might be Airplane Company would hired me to be their stewardress. Might be I could be a model. I always jealous with someone else who has tall height (stupid am I?)

In marching group, I always stood in the front with other small girl. Hem......than I heard so many times that some company required recruitants with certain height. Ohhh...........
Sometimes I blamed my parents. "Why I'm short?". I tried to join some therapy to get ideal height. My parents wasted a lot of money for nothing. Nothing happened to my height although we had tried; Zenith Grow, bone therapy, etc. Ohhh.............But I never stopped to blame my self.

Until my mom said, "My dear Risma, why should you blamed Allah's creature. Nobody's perfect. Maybe you dont have ideal height. But check yourself! You blessed with so many SURPLUS. You always got good ranks in the school. You have good imaginations. You always be champion of every almost championship that you joined. You have good talent in writing. Even since elementary school you organized class to make performance stage by your own script. You always got 8,9,10 for all science subject. Even you always be one of the best student in the class. You are blessed with perfect body not handicap. Almost all of your prayers being granted by Allah. What else? You are a miracle for us. You are the star for us. And I'm sure, you'll gonna be start in most people who recognize you. You are an everlasting shining stars"

Deggg..............!?! My mom said that with wise smiling face, and little crying. Maybe she really wanted to express her feeling. She was desperate, no ideas to advise me anymore how to thankful what has Allah given for me. She told me truth all the things. Yeah..........It was me. Why should I blamed my destiny. I'm just a small girl but have many so wonderful life with my talent. Nothings wrong with my height.

More years, I'm getting recognized myself. I dont care with my height anymore. Although I'm still the smallest at home (I have 3 younger brothers). I often be the smallest one in my community. But I'm ok........

You know that my height is normal in Indonesia. When I walk with my friends, I dont feel as small, because of some of my friends have same posture with me. Even I've seen some people with height less than 145 cm. Some people are dwarfs with height less than 140 cm. Some Indonesian artist have the same height with me (e.g. Trie Utami hehehhe..........). But I'm still the smallest amongst my some people included of Pakistan community, Mr. Gerry my old teacher from British who stay in Pamulang, my foreign friends, etc.

Now I'm being aware that I heredited my family. I have some cousins who shorter than me. My grand ma also short. The gen for boys in my family heredited tall posture. Hem.........I understand now.

I'm small but its not really important. People see me as an unique girl. I attract people with my knowledge, talent, etc not only physical appearance. Hem........all of nice man who admire me have height above 170 cm. Hehehe..........It means they see my inner beauty. NOt from my height.

Yeah you right may be I have no challenge to be stewardess, model, SPG (Astaghfirullahal adzim.........all of these never in my minds). I can be reporter, pilot, army, or etc. But I still can be someone who is respected by her knowledge and talent. I still can be popular by my own ways. Alhamdulillah, I have no difficult to finding job. And now I'm an author also.

Well............shining stars always being looked small (compare with sun, moon). But who I'm. I'm a shining stars. I'm sure I will reach all of my dreams with Allah's blessings. I'm the luckiest girl in the world. I'm sure about it. No doubt anymore.

So readers, build your self confidence. No need to be jealous with someone else. No body's perfect. YOU ARE WHAT YOU THINK ALL DAY LONG. If you think good, good follows. If you think evil, evil follows. ALLAH will not created unusefull creatures. Everybody has its own surplus & minus. No need to regret destiny. Better you thing brighter future which has waiting for your action from now! Than you are sinking in 'unlucky-feeling'. Create your own miracle!

Thanks to:
* Allah for this wonderful life
* My beloved mom for nice suggestions
* Surya who has given me wonderful book "The Power of Subsconcious Mind" by Murphy
* All who has made my fascinating life.

My Dream Marriage

"And among His signs is this, that He created for you mates from among yourselves, that you may dwell in tranquility with them, and He has put love and mercy between your hearts. Verily in that are signs for those who reflect."
(Ar rum:21)

In the Qur'an, the marriage relationship is described as one with "tranquility," "love" and "mercy." Elsewhere in the Qur'an, husband and wife are described as "garments" for each other (2:187). Garments offer protection, comfort, modesty, and warmth. Above all, the Qur'an describes that the best garment is the "garment of God-consciousness" (7:26).

Well.........does it means we should keep being patient to wait that moment? By the GOD, how wonderful life when I have a trully moslem husband. Who always apply Islamic values in his daily. Insha Allah, I'll be the luckiest girl in the world.

Why Should I marry with a very good moslem-man?

"If He loves me, He will honored and treat me like a queen. If he doesnt love me, He will never hurt me".

Umm.......the question here, Am I suitable to accompany that kind of guy? Wallahu 'alam. I have no courage to answer it.

But, Insha Allah. Allah will gives me the best one for me to pass a rest of my life. A companion in Allah's pathway.

Ya Allah, does He for me???

***My loneliness is killing me (wuakakakakak.............)

DUA for my SOULMATE

And they who say: O our Lord! grant us in our wives and our offspring the joy of our eyes, and make us guides to those who guard (against evil).
(Al Furqaan: 74)
Ya Allah....
I'm praying for a man who will be a part of my life.
A man who loves YOU so much more than everything.
A man who places me on the 2nd position after ALLAH in his heart.
A man who's not live only for himself but for the sake of Allah.
Handsome and physical attractive are not important.
The most important is the heart who really loves YOU and always missing YOU.
He should know to whom and what for he lives, so His life useful.
A man who has wise heart not only smart brain.
A man who's not only loves but also respects me.
A man who's not only praise me but also advises me when I make mistakes.
A man who loves my heart not my beautiful.
A man who can be bestfriend in happy and sad.
A man who can make me feel as a woman beside him.
Ya Allah....
I'm not requesting a perfect guy.
But I'm looking for unperfect guy, so I can make him perfect in your eyes.
A guy who needs me to support.
A guy who needs my prayers for his succesful life.
A guy who needs someone to wake him up for Shalat Tahajud (Qiyamul Lail) & Sahur.
A guy who needs my smiling face to overcome his sadness.

Gives me gentle manners to serve him.
Gives me hand to pray for him.

17 AGUSTUS 1945

In July 1942, Sukarno accepted Japan's offer to rally the public in support of the Japanese war effort. Sukarno and Mohammad Hatta were decorated by the Emperor of Japan in 1943. However, experience of the Japanese occupation of Indonesia varied considerably, depending upon where one lived and one's social position. Many who lived in areas considered important to the war effort experienced torture, sex slavery, arbitrary arrest and execution, and other war crimes. Thousands taken away from Indonesia as war labourers (romusha) suffered or died as a result of ill-treatment and stravation. People of Dutch and mixed Dutch-Indonesian descent were particular targets of the Japanese occupation.

In March 1945 Japan organized an Indonesian committee (BPUPKI) on independence. At its first meeting in May, Supomo spoke of national integration and against personal individualism; while Muhammad Yamin suggested that the new nation should claim Sarawak, Sabah, Malaya, Portuguese Timor, and all the pre-war territories of the Dutch East Indies. The committee drafted the 1945 Constitution, which remains in force, though now much amended.

On 9 August 1945 Sukarno, Hatta, and Radjiman Wediodiningrat were flown to meet Marshal Terauchi in Vietnam. They were told that Japan intended to announce Indonesian independence on 24 August. After the Japanese surrender however, Sukarno unilaterally proclaimed independence on 17 August.

Malam Pertama Dengan Bidadari Surga

MALAM PERTAMA DENGAN BIDADARI SURGAKU

Hari pernikahanku.
"DEGG !!!!

****"
Yanto.... jangan bengong terus. Sebentar lagi penghulu tiba," teguran Ismail membuyarkan lamunanku.
Sebelum menikah, istriku memang pernah meminta malam pertama hingga ke sepuluh agar aku membacakan hafalan Qur'an tiap malam satu juz.
****
Ah, .. sekarang aku benar-benar mencintainya. Kenapa tidak? Bukankah ia wanita sholihah sejati. Ia senantiasa menegakkan malam-malamnya dengan munajat panjang pada-Nya. Ia senantiasa menjaga hafalan KitabNya.

EVER AFTER: The Story of CINDERELLA

"a dazzling rendering of the Cinderella story" (The Washington Post) brought new life to an age-old legend and made us believe in the strongest magic of all: the power of the human heart. Drew Barrymore and Anjelica Huston star in this enchanting adventure about having the courage to make your dreams come true. A "modern" young woman of the 16th century, Danielle (Barrymore) is as independent and wise as she is beautiful and kind. Against remarkable odds, she stands up to her scheming stepmother (Huston) and works miracles on the lives of everyone around her, including the crown prince of France (Dougray Scott)! Now you can relive this captivating, contemporary retelling of the classic fairytale. No matter what you're looking for, "action, romance, adventure...'Ever After' delivers it all!" (ABC-TV).

FINALLY I FOUND VERY GOOD MOVIE. OH...............I love this movie. I guarantee. U'll not bored although u've to watch this movie for many times. Get it out!!!
The story is:
The myth of the plucky girl with the glass slipper has suffered quite a bit of criticism in the modern era. Disney's film about the peasant-princess portrayed her as a passive pollyanna whose miceworked harder to change her fate than she did. She even became the archetype of The CinderellaComplex , a 1981 book which purported to examine women's hidden fear of independence. The media often applies the phrase "Cinderella story" to someone who has risen from rags toriches, but it's a favorite pastime of reporters to find the secret fairy god mothers who make it all possible; though we're told to admire them, we're also trained to be suspicious of people who rise to power entirely on their own initiative, especially women.
Clearly, in the era of Mulan and President Barbie, some revisions are in order merely to make Cinderella marketable, let alone a heroine. Enter the irresistible Drew Barrymore -- and let me addquickly that if you don't find Drew Barrymore irresistible, you might as well skip Ever After . She plays Danielle de Barbarac, the daughter of aRenaissance land owner whose fortunes have begun to decline, but whose values are in the right place. Auguste de Barbarac has taught hisdaughter literature and philosophy, giving her Thomas More's Utopia as a gift. When he marries the widowed Baroness Rodmilla de Ghent,Auguste hopes her daughters Jacqueline and Marguerite will become companions for Danielle, but after his untimely death, Rodmilla forces Danielle to work as the family maid.
Though the story will look familiar, the characters come across as fresh and believable. Rodmillacannot get over her disappointment at being trapped on de Barbarac's rural estate. Her overweight daughter Jacqueline struggles for maternal and masculine approval, while slender, snobby sister Marguerite primps and preens inpreparation for an aristocratic marriage. But it's Danielle who meets Prince Henry, impressing himwith her idealism and passion. He's been groomed for a conventional reign and arranged marriage to a foreign princess. Though Henry isn't as clever as Danielle, his sense of adventure and disdain for oppressive tradition make him likable. Danielle convinces her prince to treat servants like human beings and renews his appreciation for books so much that he wants to found a university.
By fortuitous chance, Leonardo da Vinci happens to be nearby to become Danielle's fairy godfather when she needs a ball gown and a shoulder to cryon. This is a fairy tale Renaissance, where famous people pop up at convenient moments, modern printing presses mass-produce literature, and the daughter of landed gentry calls herself a peasant despite the "de" in her name. Yet it's easy tooverlook occasional anachronisms amidst the beautiful cinematography, which casts a rosy glowover pigpens and gives all servants a fresh-scrubbed country-clean image except in sceneswhere they're revealing their rustic charms rolling in the mud.
Though some may be disappointed by theabsence of magic in the story, it's refreshing to see the role of spiritual advisor played by alegendary explorer who celebrates the miracles of science. The bloodiness and sense of predestination that permeate the Brothers Grimmare entirely absent. While it might be nice to havea fairy godmother in the absence of a loving parent, this lack causes Danielle to become the woman she wishes her stepmother could be -- someonewho tries to be kind even to the hard-hearted, who changes her fate by trying to live on her own terms.
Yet despite occasional fits of feminism, this version of Cinderella often uses its heroine as the exception who proves all the old rules. Danielle is feisty and educated and shares a sisterly bondwith Jacqueline, but every other girl in the town is shown to be after one thing: the handsome prince and, of course, his money. Even women who aren't victims of bad husbands, cruel parents or poverty won't stop scheming, not unless they're considered completely unpromising like Jacqueline, in which case they're not treated much better than servants.
Danielle's behavior towards her cruel relatives, though amusing, ultimately leaves little hope that she has real plans for a workers' revolution. The charming twists on fairy tale convention don'textend to the social structure. Disney fables constantly emphasize a social order, a sense that hierarchy is natural and high-born beings will riseto their proper place; Ever After suggests a similar world view, even if education and spirit offer obvious advantages over accepting socially prescribed roles for women.
Though ostensibly the film depicts the triumph of common values over aristocratic airs, it stars two Hollywood blue-bloods -- Barrymore and AnjelicaHuston as her wicked stepmother. They're bothgreat fun to watch, even if Barrymore's adorable pout can't compete with Huston's towering fury.Sharp-boned Megan Dodds' nasty sneer makes phoney-baloney Marguerite despicable, so it's that much more satisfying when Danielle gives her ablack eye. The so-called "fat" sister, played byMelanie Lynskey, is actually quite lovely, but clearly she's being evaluated by Hollywood standards rather than those of the Renaissance.
Besides Jacqueline, Danielle is the least-anorexic 'eligible maiden' in the film; she looks as healthy and luscious as the apples she picks. Barrymore never disappears into the role -- underthe gorgeous period costumes; she's still thep retty pixie from E.T., yet she's a perfect blend of sweet and vivacious, a girl-next-door with surprising intelligence and an unexpected daredevil streak. As a lighthearted twist on convention, EverAfter offers many pleasures and, as a fantasy of a Renaissance woman out to transform her own fortunes if not her society, it has the virtue of a happy ending.

SAIFUL MALOOK'S LOVE LETTERS

The novel brings out a story of a young girl from Indonesia, by the name of Jasmine, who visits city in Pakistan, namely Peshawar which is the capital of the province of North West Frontier Province (NWFP), bordering Afghanistan. Before returning toIndonesia, she meets a young lady, Fatima, to whom she narrates her love affair with a young man from Pakistan called Saif-ul-Malook who lived in Peshawar. The two got to know each other on the internet. It started with Saif describing a beautiful lake locatedin the Kaghan Valley in NWFP known by the same name as his full name.

While their correspondence progressed on the internet, Saif also gave details of his family and told her about the local custom/tradition of the arrangement of a big dowry forhis sisters for their marriages which he had to undertake as his father was very sick and unable to do so. Jasmine was moved by this custom and felt sorry for him. With the passage of time and exchange of Emails, the relationship between the two developed and Jasmine fell in love with Saif because the letters going to and fro were not ordinary letters but were real love letters. Through these letters lot of socio-cultural traditions of both the countries were exchanged. Love between the two flourished and became stronger every day. Jasmine started loving Saif immensely and most passionately. Those friends who got to know about these relations thought Jasmine was crazy and that Saif was equally mad. Later, the War in Afghanistan intensified and Jasmine got worried about Saif's welfare as she knew that he was close to the Afghans and was very sympathetic towards them.

The contact nevertheless continued through the internet. During the month of Ramadhan, Jasmine sent a parcel of a batik shirt for Saif and he sent a parcel of 'dupatta' (scarf/shawl) for her. Similarities of Lake Toba in Sumatra an Saif-ul-Malook Lake in NWFP were discussed in subsequent Emails. In one of latters also sent at the same time her hair accidentally found its way in the envelope and Saif informed her about this and mentioned that her hair was preserved by him and that he kisses it whenever he gets an opportunity to do so.

In the last Email/letter that she received he explained about his family problems especially about the arrangement of dowry for his sisters that he has make and that his father was critically sick. From this it appeared to be the end of her love affair. Meanwhile, Saif also sent a parcel comprising a 'kameez' (shirt), a 'shalwar'( sort of a trouser/pyjama bottom) and a 'dupatta'(scarf/shawl). This truly seemed as the end of the love affair and Jasmine now came to believe that Saif was lost forever-'gone with the wind'.

She desperately waited for further contact on the internet but there was none. Stricken with grief and sadness Jasmine fell sick. During her sickness one of her friend advised her to get in touch with the Ambassador and request him to find out about his whereabouts.

On receiving her letter the Ambassador responded and said that he would do his utmost to locate him. However the Ambassador cautioned her to be strong to learn that Saif may no longer be interested in her and perhaps he himself was married by then. The silence from his side could be to safeguard his married life from any complication. Jasmine thanked the Ambassador and said that while she was still in love with him,she would not disturb Saif any more. Jasmine in the meantime decided to devote all her time to studies and she decided to carry out some research in Pakistan in order to keep her links there and become busy. With the support of her friends and the Ambassador, Jasmine embarked on the research program. She thought this was the best way to maintain contact with Pakistan and that way she will not remain idle anymore. Several difficulties were encountered by her in the research work but she continued relentlessly. Finally Jasmine completed her thesis and graduated with good grades. She displayed her achievements very proudly to her friends who were all happy to see her occupied and happy.

The setting back to dialogue between Jasmine & Fatima. While in Peshawar Jasmine stays in Fatima house. Fatima now working as a doctor in the Mental Health Division of the Khyber Medical College & Hospital located there. One day sheaccompanied Dr.Fatima to the Hospital and while Dr. Fatima got busy in attending to a patient, Jasmine strolled into the hallways and into the adjoininggarden. Then Jasmine permitted to Fatima to walk around city to search Saiful MAlook Existence by Fatima's car & driver. Jasmine traced Saiful MAlook from his old address. But unfortunately, finally Jasmine saw Saiful MAlook's house had destroyed by fire. According to neighbor information. The house burnt 2 years ago, Saiful Malook's dad died (due to old age), his brother died on fire, his 1st sister died (about dowry), other left Peshawar, and Saiful Malook was getting mad. when Jasmine knew that she was getting very sad. She felt her searching useless.

The last Day in Peshawar. Jasmine visited Saiful Malook lake with Fatime. Jasmine sad realized that the legend of Saiful Malook will never happen. Her Saiful Malook gone. Beside Saiful Malook’s lake she also visited some interesting place in Peshawar. The last setting, Jasmine & Fatima in taxi to Peshawar Airport. Jasmine was going to go home (Jakarta). Suddenly in some place near airport her tax was stopped by someone a very ugly scruffy man with his hair falling carelessly on his face. The taxi driver came out and tried to push roughly that guy (a crazy guy). Apparently, that guy tried to reach 'something valuable' under the taxi. After he got it. He left that and sat on the pedestrian. He kissed it a lot, opened carefully then closed it again. Kissed it again. Many times.

Jasmine got curious when she saw him opening an envelope again and again and kissing something inside it each time. She went closer to find out what was in the envelope thathe was kissing. She could hear that guy said by himself, "Jasmine........oh my Janoo....my Badri Jamala.......". He Lo and behold he was kissing a hair, perhaps the one which once went accidentally in the letter to Saif. This was perhaps the same hair which had become his prized possession. Jasmine went closer and tried to collect her courage’s to see that guy face. Oh My God, Jasmine could still remember Saiful Malook's face from some photos which he sent. Suddenly Jasmine fell down & cried hysteric realized that. Fatima came and hugged her. All people on Pedestrian came to see them.

Jasmine on the flight to Jakarta. She tried to remember all has happened in Peshawar. About her dramatically stories. Actually she didn’t want to go home. But Fatima convinced Jasmine to go home. She reminded Jasmine that her Family & job in Jakarta waiting for her. Fatima promised to Jasmine to treat Saiful as her special patient on her hospital. Finally Jasmine decided to go home but she promised by herself to come back for Saiful Malook. Good bye Saiful Malook.......!In Jakarta, Jasmine met to Ambassador , She told all had happened in Peshawar. Regarding her journey to find Saiful Malook in Peshawar. Especially, her unpredictable meeting with Saiful Malook. Jasmine realized it was Allah’s planning. Suppose Jasmine never met with Saiful Malook, Saiful Malook never disappeared. Jasmine would never had fascinating experiences. THE END.
